The Adventure Continues
If you’re here, thank you. I appreciate you being part of this winding, ever-changing & evolving journey with me.
I'll have to be honest, I shared this with my email list last week, but

I've been a bit nervous to put this out publically to the rest of the world.
But who would I be if I didn't listen to my own advice to always face the fear and embrace the adventure ahead?
So again, thank you.
Thank you for being here, for being you, and being on this adventure with me.
I appreciate you beyond measure.
Over the past decade I’ve been obsessed with learning, doing, trying, being. I’ve failed forward more times than I can count. Through it all I’ve found myself on this relentless pursuit of learning to better myself, mind, body & spirit, and sharing what I learn with others along the way. I’ve endlessly consumed books & podcasts, attended conferences and seminars, gone through formal certifications such as yoga teacher training, personal trainer certification, became a group fitness instructor, Tough Mudder ambassador, continued to learn about holistic healing and wellness for chronic Lyme disease, essential oils, natural herbs and medicine, clean eating and nutrition based healing, mindset work and NLP, became a corporate presenter & trainer... yada yada yada, ALL of the things you guys.
I feel like I could go on and on.
The thing is, the more I learn, the more I want to keep learning and developing.
I’ve continued to pursue all of these passions while working a full time sales job, wife-ing and momming so hard.
But why continue to pursue all of this with an already jam packed schedule?
What gives?
Do you ever have that feeling of “what should I be doing with my life?”
I think we all have at one point or another.
Right?
That’s been me for the last decade. Well longer than that, almost 2 decades to be honest. Did I mention I attended 4 different colleges before finally graduating? And still didn't know if it was the degree for me as I walked across the stage. But that's what my parents and society told me I should do, so I did it. Checked the box.
There I was, unhappy in my new corporate job, and ended up changing corporate jobs over and over thinking the next one will make me happier.
All the while I kept pursuing and developing all of these passions I’ve listed, because they all made me feel alive, and that I was doing something that I actually enjoyed.
There had to be something out there for me? But through it all still not finding the one thing that sticks.
So I continued on.
I continued to look for the one that gives a resounding YES.
Looking for the “thing” that I’m meant to do.
Thankfully, as difficult as of a year that 2020 has been, it’s been a year of clarity for me.
Yes, all of the things I’ve listed above are my passions, but I've come to realize they’re not my purpose. Figuring out the difference between the two has been a game changer for me. This year I’ve been working with a 1:1 life coach, as well as attending weekly group coaching with an amazing mentor and inspiring, incredible group of women.
I signed up for both coaching types at the beginning of the year, pre-covid, and I’m so thankful I did because shit really hit the fan this year, didn’t it ladies?!
Woof.
Thankfully, between the two coaches, I’ve been able to unpack my personal and professional baggage, and connect the dots of what all this has been for.
To finally bring the hamster wheel to a stop and find my overall purpose-- helping women live their most fulfilling, heart-centered, adventure filled lives.
Which is what brings me back here, to you. Finally.
I’m excited to feel like I’ve finally found that purpose, and all of the certifications, learning and developing along the way has just been a catalyst to help me get here. So I’m excited to embark on this journey of 1:1 client and group coaching to help women and moms ditch the stress, gain clarity and confidence, and pursue fulfilling lives all while becoming the best version of themselves.
Life is too short to not live a life you love and desire.
To wake up every day with passion, purpose, and drive, knowing that you’ve built a life on your own terms. I’m here to help you achieve that, all while enjoying the adventure and the process it takes to get there.
I’ve been developing an online course that I will be launching soon that I’m so proud of and excited to share, along with 1:1 and group coaching options.
More on that coming soon! I've been pouring my heart and soul into this and it's gonna be GOOD you guys.
What you will find by staying here will be a variety of things,
all intended to help you streamline your life, thoughts and actions.
Some will be on this blog, others will be sent out to just my email list which you can join here. They may be quick & easy healthy recipes, nature based activities, mindset work, affirmations, a power quote, exercises, or information on upcoming classes, challenges and coaching options. I have 3 kids (well 1 is an adult now- how TF did that happen!?), so you may find me including mom hacks, or activities you can do with your families too.
No kids, no problem. Everyone should find a nugget or two that is beneficial to them.
Again, thank you beyond measure, and I look forward to closing out 2020 with all of you, and opening up the next chapter together.
Embrace the adventure ahead,
