Thanks for being here on this journey with me!
What a whirlwind 2020 has been so far, hasn't it? Thankfully, at the beginning of the year I started doing 1:1 work with a wonderful woman and coach from the Tony Robbins team, as well as surrounding myself with an amazing and inspiring group of women under the guidance and leadership of Lindsey Mango coaching in her Anything But Average program. Over the past few months I've been doing a lot of internal mindset work and realigning my priorities, passions & purpose. If you've been following me along my journey over the years, or if you're new to this blog, I just want to say thank you for staying on this roller-coaster ride! This blog has transitioned from a health & fitness focus and my life as a wellness coach, group fitness and yoga instructor, traveling sales rep staying healthy on the go, an outlet for my struggle with chronic lyme disease, holistic living tips, recipes, our hunting adventures, dogs, motherhood, art, travel, photography, creating, cooking... ALL. THE. THINGS.
This blog was always meant to be a fun space for me to write, to laugh, to share experiences and I want to continue on with that purpose. I've tried to narrow down my interests, but let's just say I'm a "multi-passionate" person. Do I really need to do that? Maybe my main interest is always wanting to try new things? Is that a hobby? It is for me. Haha. So here on this blog, I guess you can expect that there may be a variety of post topics. I'm ok with that and hope you are too! I love to find adventure in any way shape and form; sometimes that is in life's everyday moments and other times it's jet setting across the country. I truly believe life is what you create it to be.
During this season of life I am in, you may feel best aligned with this blog if you have a love for the outdoors and nature, find joy in living a healthy & active life, if you try to look for and use natural approaches when available, have kids, daughters and/or fur kids, if you enjoy creating anything handmade from art, photography, food, crafts, gardening, balms, knitting, the opportunity to create is endless! I include my girls and dogs in most of life's daily adventures outside of work, so if you're looking for things to do with your kiddos as well you just might be in the right place. I'll be posting a minimum of once a week, and if you have any post suggestions or something you are interested in learning more about please let me know!
Thanks for sharing this adventure with me, as always.
